Valley Bank and Trust

In 2001, Valley Geothermal (now Blue Valley Energy) completely overhauled the heating and cooling for Valley Bank and Trust in Brighton, CO. 

The existing system, comprised of packaged rooftop units, was inefficient, uncomfortable, and, according to the occupants, “dirty” because of the location and condition of the ducting.

Monte installed (7) WaterFurnace Versatec units in conjunction with (15) 300’ vertical boreholes.  In addition, the old ducts were eliminated and a more efficient and comfortable air distribution was installed.  The system is still running great today.
