Union Place Development

Union Place is a 100% geothermal development in north Fort Collins, comprising 80 green homes, 40% of which qualify as affordable.  The project also contains 19,000 square feet of commercial space.

Merten, Inc., led by Donna Merten, has partnered with Blue Valley Energy to provide the geothermal design and installation in the winter of 2009-2010.  Blue Valley Energy is currently installing the first of eight sections.
