Union Place’s Geothermal Project is Complete!

We have successfully completed installation and testing of the Union Place geothermal loop field!

Union Place is a 100% geothermal development in north Fort Collins, comprising 80 green homes, 40% of which qualify as affordable. The project also contains 19,000 square feet of commercial space.
